Art Display ("My Art Display on TV") — last updated 8 July 2026

Art Display is an Android app that turns your photos into AI-styled artwork and displays it on your TV with Chromecast. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and the choices you have. The app is operated by the Art Display team ("we"). Contact: artdisplay@strolladou.com.

Data we collect and why

AI processing

To create artwork, your selected photo is sent from our servers to the AI providers we use: Black Forest Labs (FLUX outpainting) and Google (Gemini). Images are sent only to perform the transformation you requested. The untouched central area of your original photo is composited back over the AI result on our servers, so the AI never rewrites the real content of your photo.

Sharing and public galleries

Nothing you create is shared unless you choose to. If you invite people to a gallery or make it public, the artwork in it and your Google display name (as attribution) become visible to those people (or, for public galleries, to all Art Display users). Invite links can be turned off, and you can un-publish artwork or switch a gallery back to private at any time.

Data retention and deletion

Security

All network traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Cloud data is stored in Google Firebase with access rules restricting your files to your account, and our backend verifies app integrity (Play Integrity / App Check) before serving requests.

Children

Art Display is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and note the date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
