Delete your Art Display account

You can delete your Art Display ("My Art Display on TV") account and the data associated with it at any time.

In the app (immediate)

Open Art Display and go to the Account tab.
Tap Delete account & data.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email artdisplay@strolladou.com from the Google account email you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Art Display account". We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account record and sign-in identity.
Remaining credits and your credit ledger.
Photos you uploaded and AI artwork stored in the cloud for your account.
Galleries you shared, artwork you published, and your memberships in others' galleries.
Usage analytics events tied to your account.

What is kept

Purchase verification records (product, order ID, hashed purchase token) are retained for fraud prevention and financial reconciliation, as permitted by law.
Artwork saved locally on your phone is not affected; uninstall the app to remove it.
